A regular client, but a different brief. When unionlearn heard that I now offer a proofreading and copy-editing service, they contracted me to work on this guide. Drafted by an expert practitioner, the information and ideas were sound, but readability wasn't. Neither did it match the organisation's house style. My job was a combination of proofreading and copy-editing the draft and several subsequent layouts to get it to its final form.
